This Public Plenary is the kick-off event for a Research Roundtable (Talking across silos in Canada’s Health Movements: Building Consensus for an Inclusive and Pro-Public Health Movement for All) held the following day on Dec. 1st. It will connect leading and emerging researchers from both academic and community contexts to share knowledge on health care policy and advocacy. The goal is to build an integrated network in support of a national pro-public health care movement grounded in equity and human rights.
