Cécile Rozuel

Cécile Rozuel holds a PhD in ethics and management. Her research is grounded in Jungian psychology and psychodynamics, and focuses on understanding why we do what we do as individuals and as communities. Her various publications analyze the conscious and unconscious interplay of possibilities in the context of business ethics, individual responsibility of managers and leaders, organizational development and workplace well-being. Her current research focuses on imaginative storytelling as a way to make sense of our self-experience at work. She is co-founder of the Research Group on Imagination, Storytelling and Spaces  (https://imaginestories.space). Prior to joining the Providence School of Transformative Leadership and Spirituality at Saint Paul University, she worked at various universities in New Zealand and the U.K.
